✦ SHIPPING & PROCESSING

How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 3–10 business days after payment is successfully processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is fulfilled. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Do you offer rush shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Please place orders in advance to accommodate any special occasions or styling appointments.

✦ LOCAL PICK-UP

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes — select items may be available for same-day pick-up depending on inventory. Contact us via Instagram DM or email (crayolayluxuryhair.booking@gmail.com) before placing your order to confirm availability. Pickup details will be shared if approved.

✦ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If you received the wrong item or believe there’s a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and respond on a case-by-case basis. Approved concerns may be eligible for store credit or a replacement.

✦ ORDER POLICY

  • Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

  • Orders placed after 5PM CST begin processing the next business day.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Cray Luxe offers exclusive wholesale access for salon owners, stylists, and beauty professionals. Email crayolayluxuryhair.booking@gmail.com with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line for more details.

Are wholesale orders final sale?
Yes, all wholesale orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
