By shopping with Cray Luxe Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–10 business days after payment is successfully received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 5PM CST will begin processing the next business day. Once processing begins, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or updated.

Shipping Policy

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers and include tracking information. Cray Luxe Hair is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they are scanned by the carrier. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout — we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Local Pickup

Some items may be available for same-day pickup depending on availability. Please email crayolayluxuryhair.booking@gmail.com or send a message via Instagram before placing your order to confirm same-day pickup eligibility. Pickup location will be shared upon confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in store credit or a replacement.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale opportunities are available to salon owners, stylists, and beauty entrepreneurs. All wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable. To inquire, email crayolayluxuryhair.booking@gmail.com with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line.

Payment & Security

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods. For your protection, billing and shipping addresses must match. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
